PALM COAST, FL (March 15, 2019) – Get ready to roll the dice and test your real estate skills at the area’s only MONOPOLY® inspired fundraiser to help Flagler County children. Both teens and adults will compete in the fun and excitement of a fast paced match for high-priced properties like Boardwalk and Park Place, or worst case scenario, ‘Go to Jail!’ Top three players from each team will face-off in a second round for a grand prize and bragging rights.
Nadine King, Founder/Executive Director of Christmas Come True says, “We had been looking for a unique event which we could call our own, then one day a non-profit event planner contacted us offering to do this event for us, and the rest is history.”
Proceeds from the event will underwrite a new scholarship program Christmas Come True is offering to teens who truly desire to attend a local technical school to further their education. This scholarship is to encourage our future leaders to stay in Flagler County, learn in Flagler County, and be in business in Flagler County.
One of Flagler County’s community leaders will be depicting a Mr. MONOPOLY® likeness and serving as master of ceremonies for the function, which features a cash bar, a generous selection of appetizers, memorable activities, ‘Chance’ raffles, and a silent auction. We are inviting local businesses to participate in the excitement and sponsor various elements of the MONOPOLY® game board.

Christmas Come True, is a Flagler County 501C3 non-profit organization, whose mission is to assist struggling families, not only at Christmas by providing Christmas dinner, new clothes, toys, gifts and Christmas stockings, but also to help in crisis situations throughout the year. We feel part of this mission is also to create this scholarship opportunity to uplift and better the lives of our Flagler County teens.
